The wood piece is a paper towel holder. A rod fits in the slots. Mine has a wire piece on each side in the front with a wood piece attached across the front. Hard to explain, but almost like the pieces you would find a roll of paper in. Mine is smaller than yours but it is so cute and adds such a nice vintage look to my kitchen decor. Your idea was so cute!

I guess that I am old fashioned but this video disturbed me greatly. Cutting, painting and turning our American flag that my father and brother fought for seemed disrespectful. My dad was disabled in WWII. This was the first thumbs down that I have ever given you. Also the first time I didn't watch your complete video.

I love everything!

I sat down to watch and had to get right back up. Went to my stssh...found 2 embroidery hoops and a huge piece of red, white, blue fabric that I forgot I had. Sat down, up again...for my jumbo card deck (used all the red heart cards for a valentine garland), found a 4 of diamonds and a couple red bingo cards. Loved the banners. The clipboard and "aged" pillow. Fantastic video! Thanks...Happy 4th!
